Welcome to Heal and Strengthen the Spine with Tai Chi & Qigong.  

Master Yang recommends the following to prepare you for the program:

  • Online classes are held on Tuesdays 7-8 PM (ET)

  • We will send you a Zoom reminder approximately two hours before class

  • Wear comfortable clothes and shoes/sneakers

  • Have a mat/blanket, chair and water available for class

  • Allow a large enough space to lie down for meditation and to do movements

  • Class recordings are usually available on the website 24-48 hours after class

  • Email your questions to us at spine@wa-qi.com

  • Do not go beyond your limit.  Use moderation.

  • Use our nurturing approach when working in class and during your practice.

  • Use the Program Tools to establish your daily practice

  • Lightweight, long stick (see Class Props for description)
