Master Yang recommends the following to prepare you for the program:
Online classes are held on Tuesdays 7-8 PM (ET)
We will send you a Zoom reminder approximately two hours before class
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes/sneakers
Have a mat/blanket, chair and water available for class
Allow a large enough space to lie down for meditation and to do movements
Class recordings are usually available on the website 24-48 hours after class
